Cancellation by the buyer: Buyers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order without any penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation will only be allowed in specific circumstances such as non-delivery, damaged or defective product, or incorrect product delivery
Cancellation by the seller: Sellers can cancel an order only in specific circumstances such as non-availability of the product, incorrect product information, or any other reasonable circumstances. Hot Buy Mart will ensure that the buyer is informed of any such cancellations in a timely manner.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the buyer in a timely manner after a cancellation is approved. The refund process will be transparent and clearly communicated to all parties involved. As per our policy, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation.
Penalties for frequent cancellations: Hot Buy Mart reserves the right to take action against frequent cancellations by buyers or sellers, which may include account suspension or reduction in seller rating.
